2015 Culture Share

NCBI Culture Share

What are you proud of about your people? An NCBI Culture Share is an informal community gathering to celebrate our culture and heritage. Each of us will have the opportunity to (voluntarily) share our own cultural heritage and learn about others. Culture can be shared through food, music, stories, photographs, artifacts, dance, demonstrations and more. We’ll start with a potluck meal, and you are invited to bring a dish that represents your culture (or is one of your favorites!).  Anyone who wishes to share can sign up for a short (3-5 min.) turn in front of the group, and/or can share an item on a display table. You can also team up with other members of your cultural group and present together. We would love to have you join us, along with your family and friends, for this popular and uplifting celbration. There is no charge to attend (donations are welcome). Preregistration is requested by Nov. 29.
